[KWlocate] J pod departing Puget Sound proper

Hi all,

Thanks to Orca Network sightings/context and Orcasound listeners, we
can infer that J pod, just detected acoustically on the Port Townsend
hydrophones, is departing Admiralty Inlet northwest bound. You can still
hear them a bit now that the ferry is at dock in Coupeville, but their
calls and clicks are fading out relative to the last ~45 minutes (see human
annotation records from 17:04 to 17:45 appended).
