Humans heard SRKW whistles as early as 10:21:22 PST today (Tues 3/1/22) on the Orcasound Lab hydrophones (5 km south of Roche Harbor). Many calls, clicks, and whistles were heard subsequently (see screen grab attached). At least one OrcaHello AI detection occurred at 01 Mar 2022 11:44:29 PST. Monika Wieland Shields of Orca Behavior Institute confirms visually -- J16s and J31 and J56.
