[KWlocate] SRKWs exiting Puget Sound (now audible at Port Townsend)

Hi all,

As of 12:25 SRKWs (likely J and L pod, based on call types) are audible at
the Port Townsend hydrophone
<https://live.orcasound.net/port-townsend?utm_source=locate&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=live-event-notification&utm_content=SRKW-JL>.
They were previously and also simultaneously heard at Bush Point so we
infer they may be traveling out through Admiralty Inlet where the ebb is
currently near max (~2kt).

Thanks to the Port Townsend Marine Science Center and Orca Network for
hosting these nodes in the Orcasound hydrophone network!
