[KWlocate] Port Townsend streaming again

Hi all,

Thanks to volunteer heroic efforts by Chrissy and Val, the live stream 
<http://orcasound.net/pt/> is now again functioning from the Port 
Townsend hydrophone (which was mysteriously bitten to death -- see 
below).  Any deductive identification of the sharp toothed culprit would 
be welcome!
