[KWlocate] Neah Bay down

Hello all,

The hydrophone cable at Neah Bay was accidentally severed recently 
during some maintenance on the pier.  We will do our best to 
re-establish live streaming there asap, but with no new funding in sight 
it is unlikely that the node will be functional this fall when the SRKW 
would (normally?) begin transiting the western Strait of Juan de Fuca 
more frequently.
