[KWlocate] New fix

Can anyone in the San Juan Island or Victoria area please try to contact 
this Canadian ship by radio to ask the crew to immediately discontinue the 
sonar testing for the sake of all the marine mammals in the Salish Sea?

HMCS Ottawa is turning up Haro now at 0500.  It is a Canadian Naval ship.
