[KWlocate] Chirping sounds at Port Townsend

Hi there--

I think this might actually be the river otter family that uses our pier
to forage. They make a very peculiar "chirp-y" sound that I have heard
many times from the surface and it seems likely it would be picked up on
the hydrophones. I found a similar sounding call here
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6cWUleMIxMA

Let me know what you think!

Chirping sounds at Port Townsend. Birds or dolphins?

Also, is the Seattle Aquarium hydrophone out of service? I've been
unable to connect for a couple of days.
