[KWlocate] Whistles at Neah Bay

OK, I'll go with birds. I just heard a couple of trilling calls that definitely were seabirds. Scott, I haven't seen the hydrophone setup. How could a bird call be picked up underwater at nearly high tide of 5.1 feet?
