[KWlocate] Admiralty Head web cam

As the orcas come and go through Admiralty Inlet this fall (like they 
did today and yesterday), this new web cam may be helpful.  Thanks to 
Jim Thomson of UW/APL for sharing this resource through the Northwest 
National Marine Renewable Energy Center.
