[KWlocate] Neah Bay back online

Hi all,

I finally replaced the Neah Bay streaming computer.  Now you can help listen for those long lost residents via --
http://orcasound.net/nb 

I scanned for 1/2hr each last eve (7-9pm on 5/24) & saw no marmams at Port Angeles, Pillar Pt, & Sekiu. Condions were calm waters and clear.
