[KWlocate] Lime Kiln hydrophone stream change

Hi all,

Due to a server crash down in Texas, the URL for the Lime Kiln 
hydrophone audio stream has been changed.  To obtain the new address, 
simply re-visit http://orcasound.net/lk and click on "Listen live to 
Lime Kiln hydrophone"

Sorry for the inconvenience.  They assured me this happens only rarely, 
which seems true since this is the first URL change in ~2 years with the 
service.
