Whidbey -11:40 am between Langley & Camano Head, milling; 12:10, heading south of Sandy Pt, SE Whidbey; 1:15 - 1:30 between Mukilteo/Clinton, feeding & heading south. Then an additional report of them off Possession Pt. Park at 2:20 pm still heading south.
