Whidbey Island, heading north up Possesesion Sound toward Glendale (Clinton). They were circling off the boat ramp for 15 mins, then headed north. They reported there are salmon in the area, but my guess is this is the Transient pod that's been in S. Puget Sound the past week. Hope they come up Saratoga Passage!
