2009-10-24 apx. 0900 to Now --- Electronic sonar pulsing at    around  
0.800 PPS and 1100 Hz cFreq on my SA.  Now you need to send some code.

Orca = 0
Manmade noise = 0 to 9
Manmade paulse = 4 to 8
Sea state noise = 2 to 3
Electronic hum 60/120 Hz = 1 to 2

I did alot of this "stuff" back in the late 60s to now --- building  
transponders/transcoders used for underwater communication, tracking  
and taging...
