[KWlocate] Port Townsend in stereo!

Thanks to Eric and Chrissy at Port Townsend Marine Science Center, and 
to Lon for two new (donated!) hydrophones, we are streaming in stereo. 
The hydrophones are about 10m apart, aligned with the outer edge of the 
PTMSC peir at about the same depth (~6m).  More details soon, but you 
may be able to sense some directionality for local sounds.
